Citizens Take Over Europe organises citizen participation to put people at the heart of European democracy  to  lay the basis for a permanent European Citizens’ Assembly to anchor citizen participation in the institutional architecture.

Alliance4Europe works to help coordinate and empower the CToE coalition by providing organizational capacities, comms support, fundraising expertise and strategic advice.
