Alliance4Europe is looking for a Senior Fundraiser to fundraise through donors and grants for the Counter Disinformation Network. As a Senior Fundraiser, you will have a leadership role in building relations with donors and writing grants to secure financial resources for 11 national branches of the Counter Disinformation Network and the secretariat. The role will last until the end of March 2027, with the possibility to prolong the contract indefinitely depending on performance and funding.
This role is based in Europe/Remote. Start date: 1st September 2026, with some flexibility.
Responsibilities:
- Building long-term relationships with donors, partners and institutional foundations.
- Draft proposals and pitches
- Manage consortiums
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a social science or other relevant field
- Proven experience (5-10+ years) in fundraising
- Existing funder network
- Understanding of the OSINT, Disinformation, FIMI, IO, civic tech and democracy fields is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment
