Sabra Horne is an internationally recognised innovation strategist, executive educator, and organisational transformation leader with more than 25 years of experience helping government, defence, and private-sector organisations build innovation capability.

As Entrepreneur in Residence at BMNT and author of Creating Innovation Navigators, Sabra has designed and delivered innovation programmes for leaders across organisations including the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), National Security Agency (NSA), NASA, the U.S. Navy, the U.S. Marine Corps, and the UK Intelligence Community.

Previously, Sabra served as Chief of the Innovation Hub at the U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) and held senior leadership positions at the National Security Agency, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, and the U.S. Department of Justice.

Drawing on decades of practical leadership experience, Sabra's programmes equip participants with proven frameworks and practical tools to build innovation capabilities that deliver lasting organisational impact.
